Good morning! Today's first kratom dose of the day is.....

2 teaspoons of Super Green Malay and 2 teaspoons of White Bali kratom.

Breakfast was a whole peanut butter sandwich with a few spare handfuls of Tex Mex trail mix.

I've been up since a little before 5 am. I tried to go back to sleep but after trying for about an hour, I started to get hungry and I needed to.... make a movement.... if you get my drift. So, I got up, did my rounds outside, watered everything really well, took some pics and I moved the zukes and the peas to the back yard. I put the peas over with everything else as peas don't do well in sweltering heat but zukes like lots of sun and warmth.

I put the zucchini where they won't be on top of anything that I want to grow.

Notice how nice the sunflowers are growing. Once they grow a few inches more, I want to get more mulch so I can be assured that that area will be as weed free as possible.

Group shot!

I made sure to water everything as well as I could, even though we'll be getting rain tomorrow. Even though the grow bags won't hold water,, they don't absorb water either so they need to be watered, probably, more often and in greater quantities than plastic/terra cotta pots. I'm okay with that. I know it means more work but there's ways to get them watered. If needed, I can always find a cotton rope, wet it and stick one end into the soil and the other end into a container of water. The wicking action of the cotton will water the plant for me. But that's more practical for house plants than food bearing plants.

It's going to be another hot one today so I don't look to be doing too much, other than Joe and I going to Walmart. We're almost out of pee pads.... literally. There's only a few left. I need more pepto too. There's barely one dose left in the bottle. So, I might just kick back and paint today. I'd like to get some cleaning done, maybe vacuum after Joe finishes his breakfast.

Stay tuned.......
