What may look like beef is actually a cut of pork called the presa ibérica. More details can be found here but essentially it is a rare cut used in Spanish cooking, like the Secreto Ibérico. A friend brought us to this restaurant in Madrid to try this but even he mentioned that the quality has gone down since he'd last gone, as the meat was rather dry. Overall a subpar experience
