| | | | I am delighted to have teamed up with Fortnum & Mason for a deli takeover with a delicious feast of ready-to-eat dishes from my cookbook Tandoori Home Cooking. A first for an Indian chef, I am thrilled to be included in working with this fantastic team to celebrate the very best of Indian cooking, flavours and spices. My ready-to-eat dishes will be available until the end of October, so make sure to visit their Piccadilly store, tag me in your photos and share your favourite dishes! I can't wait for you to experience the colours and textures from the book. As the cookbook is out in the U.S. I recently spoke with the brilliant Evan at KCRW Good Food about tandoori cooking, the spices used in classic recipes and the history of this cooking technique. Such a fun chat on the podcast and always great to speak to her about Indian cuisine. Listen to the full interview. I've had a number of enquiries about events and cookery classes, and I can finally share the upcoming dates. I’ll be cooking, chatting about all things recipes and spices, and sharing how you can make the most of them. UK - Indian Cookery Masterclass Food & Drink Studio, Fortnum & Mason Saturday 16th September from 6.30pm I’ll be teaching recipes from the new book, talking about tandoori flavours and my culinary Indian heritage, and preparing recipes including Achari Murgh Tikka, Sweet Potato Chaat, fresh chutneys and salad. The evening includes dinner, a chance to ask me all your cookery questions and pick up a signed copy of my books. Spaces are limited! Book your space U.S. - Online Cookery Class Milk Street Saturday 23rd September from 6pm I'm collaborating with the wonderful team at Milk Street and sharing my recipes for Tamarind Spiced Tandoori Chicken Wings, and Paneer Kulchas with a classic smoked butter and a zingy green chilli chutney.
