GOD USES VESSELS
Acts 9:11-19 (11) - The Lord told him, "Go to the house of Judas on Straight Street and ask for a man from Tarsus named Saul, for he is praying. (NIV)

God created humans in such a way that they find their roots in the spiritual but need one another to achieve earthly ambitions. While you find your dependence on God to satisfy your spiritual yearnings, there is a physical phase required to accomplish your purpose in life.
In today's reading, after God encountered Saul on his way to Damascus, he could not see or do anything for three days. Meanwhile, God had spoken to Ananias to lay hands on Saul for his restoration. This is because Saul was going to become instrumental in spreading the gospel. Ananias did what God instructed, and Saul regained his sight and was full of the Holy Ghost.
God could have restored Saul without the help of men but needed a vessel to actualise His will. Every child of God, in whatever capacity they are gifted, serves as a vessel that extends God's power and salvation on earth. If you are struggling to yield to the divine purpose for your life, pray for the revelation of kingdom service, and your eyes of understanding will be enlightened.
On the other hand, as read in our key text, while in blindness, Saul continued to refresh God's mind through prayers until He sent Ananias. There are people who possess what you need spiritually and materially, and without prayers, they won't be prompted in your direction. Continue to pray that help may find you and that you fulfil your assignment here on earth.

3. Father, silence the aggression of the wicked launched against me.
