I have been to Zizzi's a few times, mostly in Glasgow city centre but I don't think I have been to this one....so I was looking forward to checking it out.
We were shown to a table inside today, looking around it was nicely decorated but I did feel it was a little dull inside...plus the chair I was sitting on which was metal was cold on the bum.

I had no idea what to order today so I left it to whatever jumped out at me.
Goats Cheese Garlic Bread £6.95
As soon as I saw this on the menu I had to check it out, I love a good garlic bread and love goat's cheese....so this had to be a winning combo?
On arrival, this looked really good and had a great aroma!! so good I couldn't wait to dig right in.
I took a bite and WOW this was amazing! i got a lovely nice garlic taste followed by the goat's cheese and they both rounded off very nicely.
This was very very very moreish!!!!
Highly recommended if you visit a Zizzi's you get this!

Rustica Primavera £15.25 Goat's cheese, artichokes, spinach, fire-roasted peppers, olives, mozzarella, sunblush tomatoes, rocket and pesto. A slice of spring all year round.
I normally go for the same style of pizza when I go to an Italian restaurant, so today I wanted to try something random and very different for me....and this is what I opted for.
On arrival this looked very nice, and a very good-sized portion.
Once I took photos and sliced it up...it was time to dig right in.
I picked up a slice and the base was nicely cooked and the crust was a little crispy, the flavour I got to start with was the sunblush tomatoes and rocket then the goat's cheese followed by the artichokes.
Flavourwise it was nice but nothing that would go to my top list, it was nice and light and well-balanced and I am glad I tried this tonight...
Now the big question would I have it again? If I wanted a pizza that wasn't too heavy yeah this would be a great choice.
I look forward to trying a few more pizzas on my next visit.

Final Thoughts...
Today's visit was nice, and we enjoyed the food today.
We both would probably try something different on our next visit and also try to find a table with seats with cushions so we don't have cold bums when we sit down.
