CARIBBEAN SUNRISE
For each serving:
Juice of ¼ lemon
1½ oz orange juice
1 tsp superfine sugar, or more to taste
1½ oz dark rum
Several drops grenadine
Cracked ice
Combine lemon juice, orange juice, and sugar in a shaker, and muddle briefly until sugar is dissolved. Add rum, grenadine, and some cracked ice, cover, and shake briskly about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled 5-oz whiskey sour glass.
