I had the grandkids and my daughter over on Saturday to celebrate by watching our neighbor, across the street, put on a 1-1/2 hour fireworks show. It was like a grand finale almost the entire time. They didn't drink so they acted appropriately and were even quiet. I can't even begin to think what that must have cost him, perks of having your own business. They filled their yard and road edge with vehicles while we sat in our driveway and watched with a wonderful view and no people, it was a perfect night.
The grandkids did smoke bombs, black snakes, pop its and sparklers. The sparklers, in the picture above, were neon and extra long. We left the dangerous fireworks to the professionals across the street!
