Ingredients:
- Fresh cream - 125 ml (1/2 cup)
- Salt 1 pinch (or as per taste)
- Vinegar 1 + 1/2 tsp
Method
Take fresh cream in a bowl (Olper's or any other brand). Add salt and vinegar. Mix as it will start to curdle. Mix until no lumps remain. When vinegar is added, the dip will start to thicken.
Keep the dip in fridge
Serve with grilled chicken or Mexican cuisine or nachos.
