Tori Paitan Shoyu ($14.99) - pork chashu, chicken chashu, naruto, nori seaweed, bamboo shoot, fried lotus root and scallions I really like tori paitan ramen; I've mainly had tonkotsu broth ramen but chicken broth might just be my favourite. The noodles are toothsome and I like that both pork and chicken chashu are a standard topping for this bowl.
