I was invited to Sannio's soft relaunch at the start of the year, check out my post here.

Anywhere I get an invite, I always aim to go back and support them on my second visit...sometimes it's within a month or two, and other times depending on how busy I am a bit longer.

Tonight I was going to the Garage to see the band The Rasmus, and I thought let's head back here and check them out again.

The Food

To be honest I couldn't really remember what I had on my last visit, as we were treated to a lot of many many tasty dishes.

I decided to go with my gut and choose the first things that stood out for me.

Mozzarella, mushroom rice balls

Firstly on arrival, the presentation was lovely, and the aroma coming from it was mmmm my mouth instantly started to water.

After a quick pic or two, it was time to taste.

I took a bit with both sauces and I am not just saying this but WOW!!! this was delicious!! Every bite from start to finish was packed with great flavors, all that stood out individually and all worked well together.

This was a fantastic starter and I am so glad I ordered it tonight.

If you visit I highly recommend you try this!

Pizza Carne £18.00
Italian sausage, spicy chicken, salami, parma ham

Last time I do remember that pizza slices were given out, and they tasted good so I thought I need to check out a full one.

I opted for the Carne as it sounded like it would be tasty.

On arrival wow again this looked very very good, and again after a few pics, I took a bite.

I took a big slice and took a big bite...WOW

Firstly the base was perfectly cooked and nice and thin, flavor-wise everything was perfect and tasted so so good!

I was with my dad and best friend tonight, and they got the same pizza, and both of them said it was a very very good pizza and they loved it.

Gold Pornstar Martini & Prosecco Shot £15.00

The waiter tonight who was very friendly came over and asked if we wanted anything else to drink and since I wasn't driving tonight I thought let's have a cheeky cocktail.

One of my fav go-to cocktails is a pornstar martini, and I decided to go for this tonight.

WOW on arrival as you can see from the photo it looked amazing! I felt a little bad that I was going to take a sip and spoil the visual presentation of this.

Everyone drinks these differently, and tonight I started with the prosecco shot which was light bubbly, and a very good prosecco.

Now on to the main cocktail...

mmmm smooth, fruity and had a great flavor! This was a very good Pornstar Martini.

Final Thoughts...

It was nice to be back at Sannio and tonight's meal was tasty and extremely enjoyable.

This is when things changed, I asked for the bill and was told it was on them which was very nice but the whole point of me returning is to support places....so next time I will be booking under a different name.

Thank you Sannio for tonight's meal and you are now on my top spots page as the food was amazing tonight.
