For Thanksgiving this year, I was given a break as my son and his wife hosted our family Thanksgiving dinner.
They did a fabulous job, even had two turkeys, one smoked and one baked.
They had all the fixings and asked us to bring appetizers and desserts.
I called up my granddaughter and asked her if she wanted to spend the night Wednesday.
That way we could get up early and make the Kabobs for an appetizer.
She opened the cans, drained any liquid and patted them dry with a paper towel.
We had so much fun making one after the other and piled them into a covered container that fit into the cooler with ice packs.
These are the perfect appetizer, no plate needed unless they take more then one kabob like we did!
This would make a great appetizer for Christmas as well.
