Having visited Cape Byron Distillery, we have tried all their wonderful products, and even got to try their whisky ahead of its release to the public.
We are excited to hear and subsequently share to you all that master distiller, co-founder Jim McEwan and co-founder and distiller Eddie Brook are releasing their first single malt whisky on Sept 1, 2022.
They're celebrating ahead of this with a series of exclusive events and priority access to the first bottles of whisky before they are released to the general public.
These events will be showcasing the following:
Cape Byron 'The Original' Single Malt Whisky and the 'Chardonnay Cask' Single Malt Whisky (an exclusive event only release)
