These are the best Homemade Pancakes I have ever tasted. Whether you top them with fresh fruit, syrup or fruit sauce you will want to make these pancakes again and again. To see my recipe for the blueberry sauce click HERE.
In another medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Add the milk, egg and vanilla to the butter and whisk to combine.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, whisking just until combined, creamy and no large lumps remain.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat without any oil. Once the skillet is hot, add about 1/2 cup of batter for large pancakes or less for smaller ones.
Cook until you see bubbles on top and the edge loses it shine. Flip the pancake over and cook until golden brown. Serve with your favorite topping.
