Are you allowing your body to take a break?

Imagine, if you are keep eating, your organs are too busy to digest and handle non-stop food intake from you.

There is no time to rest, our organs are working overtime, over-stress our organs will bring disasters to affect our health. Our organs need time to recover and repairs cell and others.

Recently, I heard a simple step, 8 hours of eating and 16 hours on fast (only drinking water, coffee or green tea (Plain tea). This can help our body to rest and work for "repairs".

I am only taking 2 meals per day for many years and occasionally "snack" in the evening.

Now, I completely stop eating after 4pm.

Great to allow our body to take a good break daily.

Super yummy vegan ramen!!! Eat right food.

Think about it, without good health, this definitely affect our quality of life.
