On a trip to an Amish bulk food store I found this Powered Buttermilk. For all you bakers out there, how many times do you want to bake something that calls for buttermilk and you don't have any? Yes you can use the same method I have always used by adding vinegar to milk but from now on I will be using Powdered Buttermilk. If you can't find this product they do sell it on Amazon.
