I took my favorite Beer Bread and added Cheese and Bacon. This is the easiest bread you will ever make. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, stir with a spoon, pour the mixture into your bread pan and bake, that's it! Of course we slathered butter on each piece while it was still warm and it was so delicious!!!

Melt the butter in a bowl and set aside to cool.

Spray a bread pan with cooking oil.

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl except

for the beer, butter and the 1/4 cup of cheese.

Stir well with a wooden spoon.

Pour the beer into the bowl.

Stir just until everything is wet

and combined but do not over stir.

Pour the mixture into the prepared

bread pan spreading it out evenly.

Drizzle the cooled butter over the dough.

Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.

Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 50 minutes or

until golden brown. Remove from the pan

and place on a rack to cool.
