Cabbage, carrots and onion chopped fine in a food processor with added homemade slaw dressing. This is the perfect make ahead side dish for your Thanksgiving meal.

This is another recipe I saved from a copycat book that I took out at the library, a few years back, and I didn't mark down the title or the author. If you know this recipe and have the book, let me know so I can give them credit.

In a food processor chop the cabbage, carrots and

onion fine (separately) then place into a large bowl.

Combine with a large spoon.

In a medium bowl whisk the

rest of the ingredients together.

Pour the slaw dressing over the cabbage mixture.

Toss well, cover and refrigerate for at

least four hours, toss again then serve.
