Cochon is a modern pop-up bistro that is all things pork. In case you are wondering what is the meaning of Cochon, well it is a French word that refer to: Domestic pig.
It is located in a shophouse at the corner of Geylang Lorong 25, they keep the space open but yet create a comfortable and casual dining experience.
Cochon specialises in everything pork, from signature spare ribs to beer-marinated pork belly. Their meats are smoked in-house and then tenderly cooked for hours to ensure that guests can enjoy the most perfect fall-off-the-bone standards.
You can pair meats with pocket-friendly wines and Belgian draft beers for a wholesome experience! For side-dishes to round out your meals, feel free to try Cochon coleslaw, mac & cheese, Japanese corn cob, truffled parmesan fries and baked potato.
