Located inside the building of the C&C Supermarket is Kitaya Japanese Takeout, offering sushi, desserts and more.
I tend to go grocery shopping early to beat the crowds, but going early meant not being able to get anything from Kitaya, as they open at noon.
After a morning of strawberry picking and needing to go get some groceries, we are able to get ice cream, which at the time of visit was a pretty hot day.
Hojicha and Matcha Soft Serve Twist ($5.50) and Hojicha Soft Serve ($5.50)
Just your standard soft serve ice cream; a decent flavour of tea but I do prefer much stronger flavour.
