THE BLOODLINE
1 Chronicles 4:9-10 (10) - Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, "Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." And God granted his request. (NIV)
The bloodline is a mystery many people in our generation do not understand. Scientists can prove the behaviour and resemblance in the family, yet nobody can explain the spiritual undertone of ancestral patterns except God opens our eyes. The scriptures give examples of the bloodline pattern where Abraham's first son, Ishmael, never excelled. Isaac's firstborn Esau sold his birthright to the younger brother (Genesis 27:21-41). Reuben, Jacob's eldest son, did not make it as much as his junior one Joseph (Genesis 49:3-4). Joseph's firstborn, Manasseh, never succeeded compared to Ephraim (Genesis 48:17-22).
The pattern continued to Jesse, whose firstborn, Eliab, did not prosper as David did (1 Samuel 16:1-13). During David's lifetime, his firstborn, Amnon failed (2 Samuel 13), rather it was Solomon who excelled. Solomon was born by Bathsheba, the woman David had an affair with and killed her husband. Similarly, Solomon loved women—he had seven hundred wives and three hundred concubines, and his wives led him astray (1 Kings 11:1-13).
What is your family pattern? Have you noticed any unexplainable evil traits in your life? Perhaps, it is sickness, or you have been working with nothing to show for it. Is it your delayed or failed marriage? Whatever it is, you shall pray as Jabez did in our Bible reading. This man cried out to God after he realised his negative pattern, and his request was granted. More importantly, when you accept Jesus, you are automatically disconnected from the Adamic nature and enrolled into God's bloodline (Romans 8:16-17). Before we pray, check if you need to surrender or rededicate your life to Christ. He shall give you total deliverance!

2. I receive the power to rewrite my shameful family history.
3. Father, please bless me, enlarge my coast, lay Your hands on me, and keep me from harm and agony.

1. Foundation of wickedness and backwardness residing within and around me, scatter!
2. Father, please reverse the irreversible and repair the irreparable in my life, family and the Church.
3. By the blood of Jesus, I recover my original and reclaim my rightful position in destiny.
