1-2 bananas, very ripe 3-4 tbsp yoghurt, thick 1-2 tsp red currant jelly 4 mint leaves Spoon 3 or 4 tablespoons of yoghurt into a bowl, add the bananas, cut coarsely with a dessert spoon, top with a teaspoon of two of red currant jelly or any jelly made from berries. Dress with mint leaves.
