I like to buy those Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloins. They're so simple to prepare and I wind up with a good amount of leftovers. HMMM... I was trying to dream up something different to do with those leftovers and came up with this
Make something like a Turkey Pot Pie filling, but instead of putting it between Pie Crust, serve it over Buttered Eggs Noodles.
Very delicious!
