Who doesn't like s'mores? Who doesn't like chocolate chip cookies? Let's put them together and make a "s'mookie"? A "coomore"? How about a late summer treat to enjoy before fall hits? It's also for those who have an electric fire place where you can't roast marshmallows. I hope you like it.

Dry ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Wet ingredients:
2 sticks unsalted butter at room
temperature
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Drizzle:
1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate
1/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 375.

In bowl one mix flour, salt, 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs and baking soda.

In bowl 2 cream butter, brown sugar, sugar until smooth.

Add vanilla and eggs and mix until incorporated.

Add contents of bowl 1 into bowl 2 in 3 installments and mix.

Add chocolate chips and mix.

Scoop cookies using a cookie scoop on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 9 minutes (they will still have a soft center but will firm up).

Add marshmallow to top.

Sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs.

Microwave chocolate and milk in 20 second bursts until chocolate is melted; stir until smooth and drizzleon cookies.

Eat a lot.
