I use drawing and general 'art-ing' sometimes as an emotional outlet - like when I'm stressed, or anxious, or angry, or upset… I find it gets out some of the 'feels' when I don't know what else to do… It helps get me centred and thinking clearer 🌤 Not sure if it would be helpful for anyone else out there, but it might be something to try ❤ Oh and don't worry, I 'art' when I'm happy too, so don't think because I draw so much I spend all my time stressed out… It's only maybe half the time 😳😆🎨
