We call them soft drinks, beverages, soda, pop or to sound fancy and healthy, some add in Diet in them, but at the end of it all, we all know that they are dangerous and unhealthy. It's not a secret anymore, it's just that, it's a billion-dollar industry, addictive, the healthy options are waaay too expensive and they are marketing geniuses. Just to mention but a few, here are the negative impacts they can have on your health: develop diabetes, tooth decay, heart diseases, weight gain, negative impact on your moods, develop diabetes and destroy your liver. These drinks are loaded with chemicals, high calories and not to mention additives and sugar. These fizzy beverages and juices are straight up harmful to your health, maybe one per month can't do damage but consuming them every day can take you six feet under, let's look at some of them:

Diet coke, cinnamon flavored, fruit flavored or any other type of flavored coke are loaded with added sugar, chemicals and some other additives (the secret recipe) that are outright harmful to your health. They know it, you know it but we drink it anyway.

If you have to, have one can per month, yes, per month you will do your teeth a great favor.

Dr Pepper cherry flavored, Dr pepper wild cherry, whichever you choose to call whichever flavor, this drink is crap.

5) Minute Maid Lemonade

Whether in a can or box, this juice is loaded with heartburn, not refreshing at all. The added sugar will make you gain pound after pound the more you drink it, terrible when it comes to weight loss.

6) Fruit juice with added sugar

If you are buying any juice in the supermarket or grocery store, look at the ingredients. Pure juice means no sugar has been added while juice drink means sugar has been added. Watch out for tropical fruit juice drinks, these are the number one culprit, it doesn't matter which type of flavor it is. If you love these types of juice, look for non-added-sugar varieties.

7) Energy drinks

They come with top price tags, just a whole lot of water with ingredients such as guarana and caffeine (and some unknown chemicals). they might help you with energy, for a short period of time but after, the exhaustion and constant dehydration can drive you insane. The energy itself comes from sugar. Some are highly addictive and in some cases, can even kill You. Don't depend on these please.

This is purely for the ones who love to waste money, holy hell! Loaded with sugar, Little to no vitamins at all. Make your own juice or have a glass or water, it will be healthier hundreds of times than this useless water.

If you can help it,do not buy these drinks.sodas,any type of flavor or brand has always been dangerous,and the most annoying thing is that the companies known this,and you and i know this as well but for some reasons,it's still a billion dollar industry,we are knowingly drinking dangerous beverages and i doubt if it will end,the responsibility starts with you,not them so next time you go grocery shopping,please avoid these at all coast,no matter how cheap they might be.
