Good morning! Today's first kratom dose of the day is.....
2 teaspoons of Super Green Malay and 2 teaspoons of White Maeng Da kratom.
Breakfast was a whole peanut butter sandwich, a handful of Tex Mex trail mix, iced green tea, assorted vitamins and painkillers on the side.
While last night wasn't my best night, I do feel that I did get some sleep. I took the oregano oil twice before bed and I think it had a positive effect (it didn't even register on my fitness tracker), I do remember waking up and feeling okay. I count that as a positive. I actually woke up feeling too warm so I had to kick off the covers, start my fan and to drink some cool water.
I was more or less up for the day when Heidi started barking around 6 am. After that, I was awake so I just sat in bed and watched TV (watching Doc Martin' again) and working on my double stranded Felici granny squares. I got up out of bed for the day around 8:30 am, when Heidi decided that she wanted back up on the bed.... again. Truth be told, I'm so tried now that I could easily go back to bed and take a nap. I've dropped my phone at least twice and it's taking me forever to type out this blog entry (misspellings and grammatical errors mostly.... not to mention when I doze off with my finger on a keyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy).
It's a rainy day here so doing anything outside isn't in the cards. I'm trying to do more to take better care of myself. I did a sinus rinse this morning and I took more oregano oil (about 1/4 teaspoon). I divided up the oil, keeping a half pint upstairs for immediate use and keeping the rest .
