A classic dim sum item - golden egg custard buns. When well made, the sweet and savoury custard made from a salty egg york should flow like lava as you bite into one (unfortunately not shown here). I was surprised at how good this tasted, especially because I don't usually order this (it was my friend's order). Quite delightful, indeed!
