Good morning! Today's first kratom dose of the day is......
2 teaspoons of Super Green Malay and 2 teaspoons of White Maeng Da kratom.
Breakfast was half a peanut butter sandwich with a handful of Tex Mex trail mix, iced green tea, assorted vitamins and painkillers on the side.
I actually got a decent night's sleep last night. I won't say that it's the best and I'm still quite sleepy/tired/wanting to go back to bed.... to the point where I almost feel sick about it but, in a lot of ways, I feel better than I had. I still woke up plenty through the night, more than a few times to just drink water and use the bathroom. And I"m still 'micro-dozing off' and jerking awake if I sit for more than a few minutes without something to focus on. That's horribly annoying to me.
Anyway, I woke up around 6 m and I almost got up then so I could take a walk outside but I realized that I was still really sleepy so I had some water, blew my nose, used the bathroom and went back to bed. I'm glad I did because the next thing I know, it's nearly 8:30 am. I almost laid back down so I could get up after 10 (with the idea that I'm catching up on m sleep anyway) but I got up as I really wanted a somewhat smooth start to my day.
I know it's going to take me a long time to get to the point where I'm not dragging my rear end around in the mornings. I realize too, that using the water tracker part of the step tracker app is helping me a lot more than I had realized. Granted, I have to drink water that's warmer than I like (I usually have my water really cold and it doesn't seem to.... stick with me unless I drink it slightly chilled) and I'm drooling like a fool at night (sorry for the TMI....). In spite of feeling like I have a slight fever going on, I feel healthier. I know that that doesn't make sense . It's like I'm in the middle of recovering from something serious.
