@kwaeterrace isn't new, but it's one of my favourite spots to chill and catch up with friends. It's spacious, bright and I can imagine in the evenings the perfect spot to hang out on the terrace.
I actually prefer the menu at @lovecafekwae menu but the parking situation and the traffic in Airport City gives me the chills so I suggest meet ups at @kwaeterrace instead. Yvette, please just consider adding the soup, rice pot and jerk prawns to the menu wai? :P
Pork chops with fried rice
On this occasion, I met up with friends and tried the famous hummus with minced meat. Look how smooth the hummus is! I also got a side of sweet potato chips to dip into it but my favourite part was the meat. It definitely had a Kwae twist to it and loaded with flavour. It's light but satisfying!
I also tried a bite of their pork chops and it was tasty! Well marinated and grilled pieces of meaty pork. No fatty bits and bones here. The kpakposhito is a Kwae signature and completed the dish!
On this particular day it was raining and I warmed up with a cup of tea. It was nice to have almond milk as an option! I think these days you've got to have at least one plant-based milk option available. Kwae has always taken the lead with these things, so I've never been disappointed!
My personalised smoothie from Dilysious
Kwae has always been known for supporting local (especially female owned) businesses and on this particular day, they were hosting a pop-up for @_dilysious. I had a smoothie made up for me (third photo) and loved it. But you can choose your favourites and personalise your smoothie any way you want to. Catch them there every Friday!
