It's crayfish season in Wuhan and there are discounted meal combos everywhere! To be completely honest, neither my husband nor I am a crayfish enthusiast, but we went for a crayfish dinner just as a beginning-of-summer ritual. Of course we had to get the garlic-steamed version - don't want anything too spicy, and you can never get enough garlic. Just look at the amount of garlic on that plate!!! I could probably devour two bowls of rice with that garlic alone
