Not that I don't like quinoa, but I really love to bring to you different recipes using alternate grains.
I recently discovered Teff and have been enjoying experimenting with it. Maskal Teff is the brand I used and I have tried their flour and grains.
Teff is an Ethiopian grain that's naturally vegan and gluten-free. It's also non-GMO and rich in protein. You can find this at any local grocery store, Amazon or their website.
I have made Teff Idli and Chickpea Patty using teff and I must say I am not disappointed. I loved how both the recipes turned out.
I wanted to show how you can make varied recipes with this superfood. After making a couple of recipes, I realized that teff is versatile, easy to cook with, and very nutritious!
