[LESSON #1] The Art of using Spices

Hi there,  

It was 2009 and I was in Goa, India (the spice capital!)

The home-cooked food was great in India! I had already learned so much.

I unlocked the spice treasure trove!

Our dinner meals had turned into a delight, enriched and wonderfully aromatic.

In time, I came up with a selection of quick and easy delicious dinner meals which included a wide variety of spices.

But one of the best was, and still is, the Chicken Tikka Masala, a super tasty Indian meal!
